Overnight Protein Oats

If you are someone with a job who wakes up early and doesn't have time to take the dog out, make coffee, get ready for work, and then make breakfast, this might be the recipe you need - overnight protein oats!

Ingredients Needed

This is insanely easy to make, nutritious, takes less than 5 minutes to prep, and is done the night prior! Ingredients are simply protein of choice, whole milk (can use almond or skim if you don't want the calories), regular oats, and your choice of fruit.

Here I used 1 scoop of protein, 1 cup of whole milk (you can use almond or skim milk if you don't want the extra calories), 1/2 cup of strawberries, and 1 cup of plain oatmeal.


Simply mix these into one container, such as the glass one I have here, and place it in the fridge overnight - that's it!


These overnight protein oats are super easy to make and truly makes it to where you are able to get in a good, nutritious breakfast with killer macronutrient profile, which you can see here: 


FAT: 18.5 grams


PROTEIN: 38 grams

(8 grams of fiber and 15 grams of sugar)
