The #TRAINWITHPURPOSE Bodyweight Training Protocol was created because there was a gap in the access to free training programs out there that actually give you a fighting chance.

With COVID-19 halting many businesses, leaving people without jobs, and with the closure of our beloved gyms, to say life has been stressful is an understatement. This program is intended to ease some of the burden placed on us as a society and offer you 28 workouts designed to target specific areas of your entire body.

Bodyweight style training is a staple in many vigorous military and LEO/First Responder training pipelines because simply put, it works. There is no excuse as to why you can’t do these 30 to 60-minute workouts and better your mind and body!
