Ready to transform your body and learn how to build size and strength? This program will challenge you mentally and physically and will instill a system of training that will yield results in both size and strength.
The end state of this training period will be for you to understand how to train for size and strength as well as in crease your overall ability to perform.
We load you with strength specific exercises, followed by techniques and movements that will stretch your muscle fibers and fascia (the tissue encompassing your muscles), and end it with specific exercises and cues to recruit and fatigue the last of the muscles' fibers while forcing blood to the area to achieve the beloved "pump" and to faciliate muscle recovery.
