Ready to transform your body and learn how to shred down for the summer? This program will challenge you mentally and physically and will instill a system of training that will yield results in both muscle gain and fat loss.
The end state of this training period will be for you to understand how to train for melting body fat.
We load you with science proven methods to increase heart rate and burn more calories, and include specific exercises and cues to recruit and fatigue the last of the muscles' fibers while forcing blood to the area to achieve the beloved "pump" and to faciliate muscle recovery.
